This month it’s time for another member of staff to go under the spotlight. Rebecca Rees, working as part of the Accounts Department, she shares with us her experiences during her first few months working with us at KMB Shipping Group.
1. HOW LONG HAVE YOU WORKED AT KMB SHIPPING?
I am fairly new at KMB Shipping. I have been here for three-months and work as part of the Accounts Department. Helping with the preperation and maintenance of important Financial Reports.
2. HOW COULD MARKETING HELP YOU DO YOUR JOB BETTER?
The Marketing activities isn’t really something that will affect my role with KMB Shipping Group but anything that gives people the guidance and support they need will always be helpful.
3. SINCE YOU’VE BEEN WORKING WITH KMB SHIPPING GROUP WHAT IS THE MOST DIFFICULT CHALLENGE YOU HAVE HAD TO OVERCOME?
Joining KMB Shipping Group during such an exciting and busy period meant I definitely had to hit the ground running and quickly get up to speed with all the systems and processes, I was certainly thrown in at the deep end.
4. TELL ME A SUCCESS STORY TO DO WITH YOU WORKING AT KMB SHIPPING GROUP.
Joining the company and taking over the responsibilities from someone who had previously left I think my biggest success so far has been getting everything up to date quickly and efficiently. Especially with the implementation of a new system.
5. IF YOU HAD A SUPERPOWER WHAT WOULD IT BE?
Drying or styling my hair with the click of a finger.
