- KMB ask right questions in order to research correct supplier for their client
- KMB ask their needs / problems to address any issues and provide the correct support

We’ll supply you with the best options and always advise on which we think is the way forward
- 5 – 20 supplier conversations taken place by KMB
- Shipping routes and transit times analysed
- Special requirements negotiated and agreed
- KMB gather all quotes from suppliers
- Provide the best options for the client
- Price confirmed and accepted by client
Confirmation
We’ll confirm all the shipping details and then schedule your pack with all the necessary partners
- KMB communicate clients order confirmation to preferred / recommended supplier
- KMB complete a detailed booking confirmation outlining special instructions regarding timings and requirements
- Booking confirmation is also sent back to client
Collection
We’ll arrange pick up at a time and place that is convenient for you
- KMB check with supplier that planned collection is running on schedule
- Process is communicated to client throughout so they know exactly where their shipment is up to
- Unforeseen problems are dealt with entirely and immediately by KMB
- No additional phone calls for the client to make if anything goes wrong, all will be sorted by KMB
Progress & Delivery
You can sit back, relax and track your package as it makes its way to your intended destination
- Communications between KMB and driver are ongoing
- Confirm safe arrival back at port of shipping and shipping confirmation is completed
- Arrival at discharge port with no delays
- Conversation with driver to confirm collected on time
- All KMB communication with driver is mirrored to client
- Final step! Confirm delivery with no issues and feedback to client
