1. HOW LONG HAVE YOU WORKED AT KMB SHIPPING?
I have been working for KMB for over 6 years
2. WHAT’S THE BEST THING ABOUT WORKING AT KMB SHIPPING?
Apart from working with Kev? It has to be the people I work with at KMB and the service we supply to customers.
3. SINCE WORKING AT KMB, WHAT IS THE MOST DIFFICULT CHALLENGE YOU HAD HAD TO OVERCOME?
Some of the most difficult situations have been COVID – learning to liaise with y team when we were all having to work remotely and also dealing with shipping lines when fuel prices/carrier rates were rising due to Fuel prices because of the war in Ukraine. There was a lack of drivers in the UK at the time which made space and availability extremely limited with carriers/hauliers.
We were having to source alternative options to customers to ensure containers were loaded and to maintain our service to our customer base.
4. TELL ME A SUCCESS STORY TO DO WITH WORKING AT KMB?
Being promoted by KMB to Sea & Air Manager of the Worldwide team in 2019 and being able to help KMB to grow to where we are today.
5. IF YOU HAD A SUPERPOWER, WHAT WOULD IT BE?
For sure, it would be to have super speed, as I wouldn’t need to exercise
6. AT THE KMB KAREOKE NIGHT, WHAT WOULD BE YOUR GO TO SONG?
ha ha – any instrumental
7. IT’S THE FANCY DRESS PARTY, WHAT WOULD YOU COME AS?
It would have to be the Terminator.
